Please open the Winrar application and navigate to the download location through it and you will find both PPSSPP and ISO file will be available.
Please extract the PSP.ZIP (PPSSPP) file by selecting the option ‘Extract Here’ for it. It won’t take much time to get extracted. Once the extraction is done, please move the extracted files to the C HArd drive of your PC or LAptop.
